Do More Mondays - #161 - Community Association for Riding for the Disabled

It seemed quite recent that I made a donation to Community Association for Riding for the Disabled (CARD) when in fact it has been nearly half a year.  An absence in charitable activities earlier this year is the reason.  For several months I was extremely unproductive outside of work and unhealthy habits made up the bulk of my time.

Luckily I have recuperated ~ I want to do more.  When I think about progression - moving forward - I think about the friend mentioned in a past entry.  He works hard towards the things he wants and does not yield to discouragement.  Everything he has is earned and when it comes to luck it feels well deserved.  It is delightful to hear about how he volunteers, the horses being looked after and the people whose lives are being changed.  To have an unwavering passion for what you do and for sharing it is success.

So what do you give someone for their birthday who has nearly everything?  You return the inspiration and cherish the friendship.  Thanks for everything.
I challenge anyone to do more.
