I am very grateful for other people's compassion when faced with a situation I didn't want to handle because I was selfish. It showed me how weak and uncaring I could be ~ and I hated it.
I hid under a blanket and pretended to be asleep while my friend puked from drinking too heavily. Another friend helped cater to his needs with the utmost love.
