Marathon blah...

Being incapable of running right now really sucks.  The Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon is next Sunday and it's been my goal to complete a full since last years half-marathon.  My right knee remains bummed with IT band syndrome (running last month definitely didn't help) and I haven't been properly treating it.  You're suppose to rest and stay off your feet as much as possible but at work I don't sit for +8hrs.

I'm really worried I won't be able to run another road race until next year :<
